CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or schedule your appointment. Cancellation or changes made within 12 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the service(s) booked. No shows and late arrivals that prevent completion of the service will also be charged the 20% fee. By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize Glo Skin Aesthetics to charge the card on file.
